This form is to be used by a homeowner or an agent thereof, to request a Final Water and Sewer Bill for a water/sewer utility account during a change of ownership. Please completely fill out all the form fields below and click submit and the request will be sent to the Water Division Administrators. The New Owner information may not be in a tenant's name. The information provided herein will be used to create the buyer’s account, please ensure accurate information.

The $25 processing fee will be included in the final water bill, and it will be emailed one business day before closing. Please note that a $50 expedite fee will be added to the bill if the request has been made within 3 business days of closing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your Closing is canceled or the date is changed you must contact our office so that we can cancel or reschedule your final water bill request. We cannot reverse the Final Water Bill once it has been produced and no refunds will be given. If another Final Water Bill is requested, it will be charged another $50 final water bill fee.
