Food Waste Drop-Off Registration Form

By registering to use the food waste drop-off program, you will help the City of Somerville understand how Somerville residents use the food waste bins and prevent them from being used as trash cans.

The City of Somerville may contact you if there are changes to the food waste drop-off program.

By registering to use the food waste drop-off bins, you agree to the following:

I will only put food waste and food-soiled paper in the bin.
I will keep the bin clean by putting loose food scraps in a compostable bag or in a paper bag that is an appropriate size to fit into the bin opening.
I will lock the bin when I leave to prevent it from being used as a trash can.
